Before  training as a reflexologist and coach, I spent 15 years in the PR and marketing industry. Today, alongside my reflexology practise, I help fellow wellness practitioners by combining business strategy and marketing expertise with a mix of traditional and somatic coaching practises - allowing them to release old beliefs so they can grow their mindset, their business and their income.
