I’ve suffered with terrible sciatic pain during my pregnancy. I tried all the midwives suggestions to try and ease the pain but nothing seemed to work. I booked reflexology sessions with Lisa and after the first session I was absolutely pain free for the first time in months! I have been so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Lisa as a practitioner. She is friendly, approachable and professional which really made me feel at ease during the treatments.
