I started having reflexology with Lisa a few months ago for stress and fertility reasons and I cannot imagine life without it now! It's such a lovely, relaxing experience and every time I leave I feel rebalanced and so calm! Lisa is lovely and extremely professional and immediately puts you at ease. She has a very holistic approach and makes sure she treats all of you, with personalised sessions every single time depending on what's going on for you that week. I cannot recommend her sessions enough!
