I had no idea with what to expect from hypnobirthing, and perhaps went along at my wife's behest! Honestly though, it was the most interesting and rewarding insight to birth, and provided us with lots of tips and advice. Lisa delivered it in such an engaging way, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be prepared and informed leading up to, during and following the big day! Now I feel confident and ready to really enjoy the experience.
