Lisa’s hypnobirthing course helped me to have such an incredibly positive experience with my second birth. She helped me get my mindset into a really calm and strong place. I’m so grateful that I found her. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone out there who’s looking for a teacher in this area - she is fabulous.
