I cannot recommend Lisa enough; from the minute you meet her you feel relaxed and at ease. I was a complete newbie to reflexology and had been recommended it by a friend. Lisa took the time to explain the benefits, how the treatment would work and found out a little bit about me and what I was hoping to gain. The treatment itself was so relaxing and after Lisa talked me through her findings, all of which resonated with me. It was a completely relaxing and professional experience, including the ambiance of the room which I could have stayed in for hours!! Thank you Lisa xx
