Lisa has the perfect balance of making me feel comfortable, held and supported, while also asking me some really pertinent questions and making me accountable to myself in the most productive way.

I came to Lisa for help specifically with increasing my income. I felt I had enough training and expertise in my field, I was filling up my slots, but I wasn't bringing in the financial figures I needed for my family. After just three sessions with Lisa, I have re-packaged my treatments and reorganised my time so that I am now bringing in the money I need to.

Lisa gave me the confidence to let go of what was no longer serving me, and to dream bigger, be assertive with my pricing and feel deserving of the money I needed to attract. In turn this has had such a positive impact about the way in which I see my business - not just as a hobby but as a business that I manage and that pays me a good wage.

I recently had a real moment of appreciation - I had dropped my kids at school, picked them up, taken them to their clubs, attended a parent talk at their school, put them to bed and still earned £250 that day with the work I had done in between. This time last year I would have felt that was a wild dream.

I really feel like Lisa is always there cheering me on, encouraging me to dream bigger and reminding me that I deserve it.

Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, efficient planning, encouraging me to ask myself difficult but important questions, reminding me to know my worth; I feel like Lisa has taught me all of these things and they are now part of my daily practise.
