I had my very first reflexology treatment with Lisa at her lovely studio in Loughton. It was a fantastic experience to help bring on my labour. She explained which specific pressure points that she will work on and how they are connected to the body. Helping rebalance, remove any toxins from the body/ tension and help activate oxytocin. The treatment itself was fantastic and helped me go into a deep relaxation mode, focusing on positive thoughts for labour. Great explanation at the end, where she felt I had tension and good advice given. Lisa made me feel very relaxed, created a nice ambiance and the treatment was incredible. I would highly recommend getting reflexology done by Lisa.
